School social workers aim to help students grow socially and academically. Depending on the student, they may do this by helping students resolve issues like bullying, school absences, and other conflicts. They may also help students cope with disabilities, behavior management, and mental health issues.

Success Coaches play a vital role in supporting English learning students. They assist with language development, provide academic support, and help students navigate the school environment. Success Coaches also work closely with teachers to adapt lessons, offer small group academic supports, co-teach within the classrooms, and engage with families to ensure each student has the resources and encouragement needed to thrive academically and socially.
